West Virginia American Water will host an information session to share details about its proposed
acquisition of the City of Huntington’s wastewater collection system and agreement to operate the
wastewater treatment plant. The session will include an overview of the proposal, information on the
review and approval process, and an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. In addition, residents
can learn more about West Virginia American Water’s services to its water customers, including the
online portal, water quality reports, bill paying assistance programs and more.
